Dumpster Rental Rooted in Orlando Neighborhoods

Jake Harlan started Orlando Dumpster Rental Pros to handle the real demands of residential and small-scale projects across Orange County. Operating from the shop at 1060 Woodcock Rd, the crew focuses on placements that fit tight driveways and older lots common in places like College Park and Mills 50, where narrow streets and mature trees require careful positioning to avoid damage.

Daily routes cover Downtown Orlando, Thornton Park, Ivanhoe Village, Baldwin Park, and Winter Park, plus runs south to Kissimmee and north to Altamonte Springs. The humid subtropical weather means frequent afternoon thunderstorms that can turn soil soft, so the team schedules deliveries and swaps around those patterns and checks ground conditions before dropping a container on residential jobs.

Service stays hands-on with owner oversight on every order. Calls during business hours reach someone who knows the actual access points behind homes near Lake Eola Park or the Harry P. Leu Gardens area, rather than routing through a distant call center.

I grew up in Orange County and spent years hauling materials across construction sites in Downtown Orlando, Thornton Park, and College Park before starting this business. The humid subtropical climate here means frequent afternoon thunderstorms that can quickly turn driveways into mud in older neighborhoods like Mills 50 and Ivanhoe Village, so I focused on reliable scheduling and equipment that handles those conditions. After seeing how projects in Baldwin Park and near Harry P. Leu Gardens or the Orange County Courthouse often get delayed by weather or tight lots, I opened Orlando Dumpster Rental pros at 1060 Woodcock Rd to give homeowners and contractors in Winter Park, Kissimmee, and Altamonte Springs a straightforward option with clear hours: Mon–Fri 8am–6pm and Sat 9am–2pm.
